Let`s be honest - I am starting to get really confused about all this what is happening around the world. I mean now, it is not just for me and my health, but it is about animal cruelty. I am aware and I always have been that animals have been treated very bad, and it has been happening because of us. They are here for us to eat them or what they produce. They have been tortured continuously just for us to be satisfied. It does sound really sad, because it is! Today my big question is, why am I doing this? Am I 100% ''in''? Is it for environment? Is it for me? Will I proceed after 21 days as a vegan?

P.S. I have not left my munchies on a side, of course. There are so many vegan options, like broad bean snacks and crisps and nuts and of course dark chocolate not containing dairy products and lots lots more!
